Oh, how marvelous it was to arrive and immediately notice that my room was dirty, dust everywhere! Now, of course, I expected a little welcome gift to was good, but alas, that didn't happen. The 'location' was literally a madhouse, not a good time. I nearly wrote a glowing review but just couldn't.

Security is a big plus!
We stayed for 3 nights and the security was tight. The iron gate entrance definitely. It's super close to the train station, a lifesaver for us. The neighborhood felt a bit sketchy at times with unsavory characters hanging around. Pretty decent for a budget stay.

Location is super close to termini train station which is realy handy. Our room was clean and comfy with great a/c. Loved chilling in the courtyard area with fellow travelers and the staff were really friendly and helpful. For a budget option, its pretty good, and the wifi was fast. The mini market next door is perfect for snacks and drinks!
But there was some noise from the street at night and i didn't feel super safe with some shady people hanging around outside. The shower could use better water pressure.

It was just an appropriate option for a cursory stop in Rome with all in all great value for money. The kitchenette in the room allowed me to prepare some snacks, which really helped to cut down food costs. Make sure to be cautious when heading back at night, as the area feels a bit unsafe.

Recommend it for family with children
The courtyard was really nice to have for some snacks and drinks, we could just chill and forget the chaos outside. And the bed. Man, it was clean and so comfy, they made it daily, like they knew how much I needed that.
It wasn't exactly pocket change, but still acceptable.
